About:

This Magneto Frontend Developer will be working primarily for Retail and B2B E-commerce websites. The developer should possess strong capabilities in Magento theme integration, UI/UX, js libraries, and CSS. The developer’s primary responsibilities are to understand requirements and build new and maintain existing e-commerce websites. The developer should have capabilities to develop the custom theme and be able to handle CSS and js. The developer should be able to work on frontend customization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in requirements gathering and technical planning to design solutions that meet company needs
  • Create clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant code with an eye
  • towards performance optimization
  • Define, design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance applications
  • and tools are written in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other languages, as necessary
  • Develop custom themes and work on UI/UX, CSS, and Js libraries
  • Actively troubleshoot and support applications in production– critical environments
  • Troubleshoot production application issues under pressure and define a path to resolve them
  • Implement and maintain Magento development standards and best practices
  • Work with the Team Lead, Project Managers, System Analyst, and Business Analyst to understand the
  • business/application requirements of the assigned task
  • Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed budgets and timelines
  • Any other tasks as reasonably required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelors/Master Degree computer-related field
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Magento2 frontend developer.
  • Understand the Magento 2 code structure, quick in debugging and fixing the issues
  • Should have Strong PHP, MYSQL, CSS/LESS, and JS concepts.
  • Should have strong knowledge of OOPS, MVC architecture
  • Must have Extension installation, and configurations, frontend customization knowledge
  • Should have GraphQL knowledge
  • PWA experience is an advantage
  • Should have UI/UX knowledge
  • Should have knowledge of theme integration
  • Magento Frontend Developer Certification is a huge plus
  • Should possess good communication skills
  • Ability to debug errors efficiently and effectively
  • Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Capable of testing one’s own work
  • Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently
  • Any other tasks as reasonably required Candidate Success Criteria and Attributes
